納豆Natto
食事記録をつけ始めたことをきっかけに、以前より納豆を頻繁に食べるようになりました。ちゃんとタンパク質を摂ろうという気持ちが芽生えたためです。
I started keeping a food diary, which led me to eat natto more frequently than before. This is because I have become more motivated to take in proper protein.
納豆は種類が豊富です。
Natto comes in many varieties.
↑小粒納豆
Small Beans Natto (Kotsubu Natto)
↑ひきわり納豆
Crushed Natto (Hikiwari Natto)
他にも大粒納豆や黒豆納豆など豆の種類が違ったり、たれの味なども違ったりするので人によって好みがばらばらです。
There are also different types of beans, such as big beans natto and black beans natto, and different flavors of sauce, etc., so people have different tastes.
いろんな種類の納豆を食べてみたいなと今思いました。……ほんとやってみたいな。
I just thought that I would like to try different kinds of natto. ......I really want to try it.
